As a UI/Qt Application Developer,

You will play a key role in developing sophisticated Qt-based applications in exciting client projects - one at a time. We collaborate with leading device manufacturers across various domains, including medical and industrial sectors. Your work will focus on designing and implementing embedded UI applications that deliver intuitive user experiences.

In this role, you’ll be working as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with developers, designers, and testers to bring product interfaces to life. Occasional on-site presence (1–3 days a week) is typically expected, so being located in or near the Helsinki Metropolitan Area would be beneficial.

How to succeed in this position?

To thrive in this role, you should have solid experience in UI development using Qt technologies, along with a strong foundation in C++ and object-oriented programming. You should also have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Qt, QML, and JavaScript 
• Proficiency with Qt Creator IDE 
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and basic experience in Linux programming
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills 
• Solid communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A proactive and goal-oriented attitude

It’s a great plus if you also have experience in:  

• Embedded UI development
• Software testing frameworks like Squish
• Performing unit and module testing, as well as static code analysis using SQM tools
• Agile tools and practices
• Version control systems such as Git or GitLab
